- The client agrees to the term of the contract for 12 months.

liable for other equipment failures whereby the website is made unavailable.
- Any increase to the Web Hosting amount will be given in writing to the client one month prior to the increase.
- Any additional web space required/used is calculated on a part month basis.
- All cheques are to be made payable to G & N Software Solutions Pty Ltd.
- It is the right of ourshopfront.com to terminate the contract at their sole discretion.
- ourshopfront.com will not be liable for any infringement of copyright for text, images or files,
or for any other material belonging to the clients web site. It is the clients sole responsibility to
ensure they do not infringe on copyright.
- ourshopfront.com will not knowingly host text, images or files, or for any other material
belonging to the clients web site that contravenes and acts or laws of the country. It is the
clients sole responsibility to ensure they do not contravene and acts or laws of the country.
- ourshopfront.com will not host text, images or files, or for any other material belonging to
the clients web site that are pornographic or could be used to commit crimes or acts or terrorism.
It is the clients sole responsibility to ensure they do not supply text, images or files, or for
any other material to ourshopfront.com that are pornographic or could be used to commit crimes or acts or terrorism.
Clauses 1,3,4,5 do not apply to people who are elligble for Free Web Hosting
