Kabi Orchid ShowOur Society will have the best possible display of Australasian orchids which should thrill not only the orchid enthusiast but also the general public. The ANOS (Qld) Kabi Group Inc. actively promotes the conservation and the preservation of our orchid heritage. Through our show we hope to educate the general public and let them see the wide range of colours, shapes and sizes that exist in our own orchids. Of course the very flashy ‘King Orchid’ will be there but does the public know that there are six different varieties of ‘King Orchids’? There will be plants for sale, ranging from seedlings to plants in flower. People purchasing plants will be given cultural advice. Light refreshments will be available.
This is an open show so all orchid growers are welcome to bench Australasian native orchids. Bus groups are welcome. For groups considering visiting, please contact us for details of the special deals available.
