Testimonials

Hi Ros and Fred,
I am back at work here in Darwin so have time to send you this email.
Firstly thank you very much for your time and hospitality during my visit last Sunday.
All of the orchids travelled with no problem and are now soaking up the Darwin climate. (Most orchids here are already in SPRING mode starting new shoots and root growths).
I am very happy with all of the rare species and plants you sold me and hope that they acclimatise easily here. My favourite is D. Senile.
Could you please advise what family is abbreviated as Clei. As I am unfamiliar with this group. (you sold me two plants).
Once I get a chance I will look into purchasing those other species that we spoke about - probably next week.
Meanwhile if you see any species that you think I would like let me know and I will add to list.

Thanks & Regards,
Paul Zorn

Dear Roslyn and Fred
I wanted to write and thank you for the orchids that I purchased. I am exceptionally pleased with their vigour and health. I look forward to seeing them flower later in the year. Once I save up a bit more I will definitely be a repeat customer. I will pass on your name to those in the market as you are providing genuine value for money specimens. Say hello to our little scaly friend for me.

Kindest regards
Rhondda Davis

Since our visits to your nursery in January and July last year, the plants we purchased have thrived. We have enjoyed multiple flowerings on a number of the Bulbophyllums, and Vanda denisoniana (below) has just finished a superb flowering. Also delighting us were Renanthera monachica, Renanstylis Brighton Rechica, Dendrobium delacourii, sulcatum and unicum. Our new hot house is working very well, as plants which had previously sulked are now reinvigorated. The big difference has been being able to maintain a more stable temperature and humidity regime. Sandra and I both enjoyed the opportunity to visit your nursery. It is one of the most attractive and best organised nurseries we have seen, and the setting was delightful. We took Champion Any Other Orchid at our local show last year with Dendrobium Mingle's Blue Sapphire, a lovely victoriae-reginae primary hybrid, and have been doing well with our vandaceous orchids, as well as Pleurothallids and Odontoiglossums. We have also been very excited at the acquisition of a plant of Renanthera citrina, which seems to be responding well to our culture. Are you familiar with the species? It is an extremely striking one, with large flowers, lemon yellow, with lurid pink spots. We hope you are well. Please let us know if there are any issues regarding our order. We will forward a cheque when the order is ready for sending.

Thank you very much.
Mark Fraser
