SALE CONDITIONS:

We reserve the right to withdraw any plants listed for sale and limit quantity.
We give no warranty – expressed or implied as to the productiveness of any Orchid Plants we sell and cannot be responsible in any way for the crop. Our liability in all instances is limited to the price of the plant or plants sold by our Nursery.

All descriptions are only meant to be a guide.
F/S Means plants have already flowered or are expected to flower soon.
N/F/S Means about one year from flowering.

Mail Orders for Australian Customers
When placing orders by telephone please state page number and corresponding number of particular plant only. As this saves time on long distance calls. *For S.T.D. Customers you are welcome to place orders on Sundays or after hours if you wish. Our despatch day is a Monday and your order will be sent the following Monday after receiving your order; or as otherwise arranged. We do have great success in sending our heavier orders out by McCafferty’s Bus Freight: 5Kg - $20 and 10Kg - $25 anywhere within Australia, excluding Western Australia; please contact Roslyn to organise method of freight for this state. In this way we do not have to bare-root the larger Vandaceous Plants already set up in Baskets. No more disturbing plants during the cooler months. We are also engaging the services of Fastway Couriers and where applicable we will forward your orders through them. Now Fastway have really expanded their services and have depots all up and down the East Coast, you will be notified which means of transport is appropriate. Where possible we will send your orders through Fastway Couriers, as they are extremely reliable and comparable in pricing. For smaller orders, we can send them by Australia Parcel Post.

Mail Orders for Overseas Customers
Minimum order 1,000 AUD. Packing, Phytosanitary Certificate and Cities documentation is free of charge and our (Brighton Orchid Nursery's) responsibility.
Please supply copies of your Import Permit and Cities Import Approval if applicable when ordering.
All shipping and handling is done through a custom's agent and the charges and freight at cost will be the responsibility of our customer.
We highly recommend Air Freight or EMS International Courier Service.

TO ORCHID SOCIETY MEMBERS
We do welcome bus trips and Society gatherings at our Nursery any day of the week. Devonshire morning or afternoon teas can be arranged. All that we request is a fortnight’s notice.
When next you visit our Nursery you will be made feel most welcome by sharing with us morning or afternoon tea (or maybe it may could be lunch-time) in our Reception Area, under full cover, surrounded by Beautiful Orchids, in a relaxed atmosphere. Of course, the main topic of conversation will be the latest trends in hybridisation etc. etc.
